PLEASE NOTE:

It is a FEDERAL OFFENSE to remove any emergency instruction labels or any other type of safety related notices posted in Majesty vehicles. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law!Please scroll through our policies and read them completely.

Majesty Coach & Tours assumes no responsibility or liability for any articles left on our vehicles or lost or stolen while passenger is a participant of any Majesty event. Passengers are requested to adhere to the scheduled departure time as stated for the specific Majesty event they are attending. Majesty Coach drivers reserve the right to refuse to transport any person or persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs or whose conduct is such as to make him/her objectionable to other passengers or to the safe operation of the vehicle.

Majesty Coach & Tours will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, inclement weather and other conditions beyond its control. If in the opinion of the carrier, conditions make it inadvisable to operate charter service at any point before or while en route, the carrier reserves the right to cancel or discontinue service and will not be held liable for damage for any reason whatsoever. Additional costs, such as meals, lodging and transportation will, in its respect, become the sole responsibility of the chartering party.

ALCOHOL/SMOKING POLICY:

Majesty Coach will allow our customers to bring only CANNED BEER onboard our motorcoaches. ABSOLUTELY NO GLASS BOTTLES are permitted onboard. If any glass containers are brought onboard, the chartering party will be charged an additional $100 fee for clean up. Other than beer, NO OTHER ALCOHOLIC beverages are permitted onboard Majesty Coach vehicles. All Majesty Coach vehicles are SMOKE FREE. If any passenger is caught smoking onboard, that passenger will be immediately removed from the vehicle and will be responsible for their transportation home.

NO RESERVED SEATING:

Due to past problems relating to reserving seats, Majesty Coach is no longer offering 'reserved' seating.HANDICAP SEATING : To request a 'Handicap Seat', you MUST advise us when making your reservation and you MUST present the driver with your 'Official State Issued Handicap Plackard' or a 'State Issued Handicap ID Card' . If you cannot provide proof of being handicapped, Majesty Coach cannot supply you with a handicap seat.
